Stayed here one night after a late arrival into PHX. The room was definitely showing some age, but everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. All staff interactions were friendly.
Rooms are not up to par for the price. Dingy, broken lav handles and tub handles and faucet diverter, broken cabinet door under the kitchenette sink, so many unprofessional sheetrock patches on all w.
Worst experience in an IHG hotel!! Don’t stay at this hotel if a guy name Mark is in the front desk. We arrived sunday late night after flight got cancelled, but we were able to make a reservation fo.
