Kristal regueiro and Joanna are big disappointments, attitude is unnecessary for there line of work , I walked in with a question, asked the bank teller Joanna whom didn't have the knowledge or answer

I came on my lunch break and only 2 tellers are working a line of 15 people. i soend my whole lunch hour in here waiting in line. I can't cash my check when I get out from work because banks are close

Long lines and the employees chat with each other more than they help. Useless and slow. Been here for 20 minutes with 6 people in front of me and only one has advanced to a cashier.
