The customer service here is horrific. It's very clear that the entire store runs off of mobile orders. We stood in front of the cash register for six minutes and had three or four different employees

Inexplicably slow! Maybe one or two customers inside and I have been in drive thru line for almost 20 minutes! I'm all for being a patient customer, but this is wild.
