Let's say they misdiagnosed my oil leak fixed it twice in two months third time they tell me it's leaking from somewhere else and trying to get ford to pay for a new engine. I asked how about a refund

I do not recommend this dealership.Too many reasons to count on 5 fingers. I wish them the best. Hope business is doing well. I will not purchase a vehicle again.
