This place is only take-out. The people on the staff are hospitable. I have been to this place twice. Twice we had the beef koobideh and twice we were left unimpressed. The koobideh was more eggy than

Kabobs are good, yogurts are excellent. Just wish they put less baking soda on the beef kabobs, it has a very strong taste.

Appetizers and desert were great. There is a Persian store next to it which is great too.
