The toilet holder fell on me while I was using this McDonald’s bathroom and the toilet paper holder was dirty and uncleaned this is not sanitary won’t be coming again

i’d rate it no stars if i could!!! ignorant staff got moved from our table when i went to go to the toilet a camera was peering down on top of my stall so inappropriate apsalutly disgraceful
