Worst facility in California!!In experienced,racist staff and residents.Place smells like poop & urine.Management is fake and they only care qbout the $$$ NOT UR LOVED ONE.I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS P

Zero stars. I was told by the ombudsman that this facility would be shut down but lo and behold this horrible place it's still open!! I was starved. Neglected . Nurse "forgot" to give me doctor ordere

The therapy was amazing and director Daisy Patel was so caring and took care of all my needs. This facility is a great place to recover may God bless staff Steve Castillo.
