Appointments mean absolutely nothing nothing to this place. To call this mess an "Urgent Care " is not only misleading, it is absolutely false advertising. Medstar has a decent system, just not enough
This was the worst experience I have had with physicians. The care was unprofessional, and I do not recommend this urgent care.
Very efficient, professional, friendly staffs; lobby, restrooms and exam rooms clean; minimal wait time considering how many people were there. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care; It's so hard
