It's great they still have pool and hot tub open. They also have towel service. Also good size gym

The gym was clean and staff were super nice and helpful. Locker rooms and bathrooms were very clean as well. all equipment was functioning correctly.

Horrible customer service with the older ladies in morning/afternoon shift. Very rude to customers
