Hotel is run town down. Was give room that had recently been smoked in. Refused to re-assign room or transfer to another option. Ironic given their “smoke free policy”. Have stayed at many other Marr.
When we arrived, the entire hotel was under renovation and there was paint and supplies everywhere including the kitchen area that served breakfast . We then checked into our room to find a FILTHY sp.
This was a very unfortunate and less than pleasant stay. We have stayed here in the past, and as time has went on, this place has deteriorated. The night we checked it, we experienced the following…..
