The only way to improve this Michaels location is to close it down. Terrible service and the staff I encountered were rude and obnoxious; last time I will ever enter this location.

Plenty of parking. The workers are always attentive and helpful. You can do mostly self check out and check out with a cashier. I wish the yarn section was bigger but I was able to get what I needed.
