Horrible. I guess it doesn't matter if you have a reservation here. They don't have cars and customer service is probably the worst. They need to close this location it's a scam

Avoid Hertz at the Kansas City airport if at all possible. They fail to close tickets when autos are returned. Then, you get messages and calls about not returning a car you dropped off 10 days ago. T
