Meh. It's fine, decent sandwich. I only ordered Togo so can't say if the staff is good or not, but it's just a glorified firehouse or subway right? So I would say the food is equal to what I'd expect.

The amount of meat on a 20$ sandwich should be a criminal offense. Otherwise the sandwich tastes pretty good although it is mostly bread and vegetables.

I just love the "Hot Momma" sandwich! It is so delicious! I should get different sandwiches, but I'm just addicted to "Hot Momma". If you have not tried it out, you must try it. You will be satisfied.
