Customer services sucks & they never give me the right order they always miss something or just give me the wrong thing

Went to chicken express ordered 3sweet teas just to get unsweetened and can't take it back because they closed at 10

Prime time for meal and they didn't have spicy chicken available. Forgot my drink order twice. When I opened the box there were 2 bites taken out of the biscuit. Mortified, I threw it all away.
