The beds were not very comfortable. We both woke up with backaches. The mattresses were too soft.

Everything was beautiful, the balcony view of the Christmas lights was amazing.The only concern i had was at breakfast. If I'm a hotel guest and Hilton member, why do we have to get on a waiting list
