They have horrendous customer service. They are never wrong if you don't like your nails there is something wrong with you it's horrible. I go to KHROMA they speak English and don't pretend they don't

My first time going back there since 2018 which was for a pedicure. I went today for a full nail set and Tom serviced me. He was nice, polite and very fast, but most importantly GOOD, actually GREAT.

I got exactly what I asked for, he absolutely ate with the designs. I really wish I would've asked for his name. The second pic is the one that was used for inspiration.
