purchased rug and when received it.... smelled musty and full of mildew. probably sitting in a damp warehouse. Company offered no resolution. shame on them. never recommend purchasing anything online

Do not order from this company anymore. They used to be amazing. But sounds like they are in serious trouble with their new parent company. They keep having sales and promos but then never ship what y
