I needed help with a financial matter and had a positive experience with the bank manager, Rainbow, who went above and beyond to provide service. I wasn't able to get any help at another Cathay branch

Please don't make ACH transfer to or from Cahay Bank, it will take almost 5 days, other banks just take 1-2 days.
