Hoagie Haven (also known as Haven or The Haven) is an eatery located in Princeton, New Jersey, founded in 1974. In 1976, Emily and George Roussos purchased the restaurant and retained the name Hoagie Haven. The store was repurchased from the Russos in 2005 and is currently owned by Mike, Niko, and Costa Maltabes.

Hoagie was good and a fair price. Their sauce is a little too tangy for me... I would suggest cutting the sauce amount in half.
I eat here every time I'm in town visiting my in-laws and order the buffalo chicken cheesesteak.
Sorry to report but the ever shrinking sandwiches has now reached Hoagie Haven. I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich. It was mostly bread and bearly any steak. Steaks were most likely Steakum grocery stor
