Paid for mailbox service a year in advance, four months later I still have no access and they won't refund my money! No key for 3 months and when they did give me a key, it doesn't fit!
Terrible store and service. Over charge on everything. Not worth the aggravation. I use UPS a lot for work but will bypass this one.
