We ordered a rap as my free item and it never turned up this has happened to me 3 times now i don’t recommend coming here

Food was ok however it was cold The drinks where watered down it was practically just water and the was no taste to compare to are other drink what was exactly the same

No gravy on the last two orders & no refund given. Told we could have a code for free gravy on the next visit… just so they could leave it off again?? Restaurant itself is unclean. Food is cold 9 time
