Fantastic Caverns lies beneath the rolling Ozarks hills on the north side of Springfield, Missouri. Approximately 5 miles off Historic Route 66 and about 1 hour north of Branson, Missouri. Fantastic Caverns offers a completely ride-through cave experience. Fantastic Caverns is open 362 days a year regardless of weather, and the temperature inside the cave hovers at around 60 degrees F (15 degrees C) all the time.
