I love this place! Hands down the best bagels in the tri-cities. Not chewy, not doughy, just right. Highly recommend you try it. Doesn't matter what you get, they are all excellent!

The food is good. Service is getting worse. they have a color chart that people can point to to reference desired level of toast. I always ask toasted. This is rarely achieved. Today, it wasn't toaste
