I say waiting for 3 and a half hours waiting for a plug on my tire. 2 hours of me waiting my car had not been looked at or put up yet when they could've gotten me in and out. they had one car up. 2 em

I had scheduled a appt for 5 at 5;40 they still had not taken my car in I went and ask for my keys so I could go somewhere else they was so rude I will never be back
