Located in a industrial area. Limited parking with 2 tables for outdoor seating . Was busy when I went but have a lot of staff and everyone has their roles . It went smoothly and fast. Small establish

I drive to this location even though the CV location is very near to me! The folks here are so nice and their bagels are amazing and always stocked! I also love their chia cups! So yummy! Pretty busy
