The obligatory one star is way more than this company deserves. There have been multiple occasions where I have received the following email: Delayed Solid Waste Service Mar 20, 2026 Your solid waste

The worst trash service we've ever dealt with, they're supposed to show up twice a week and they show up about 50% of the time; there's been times where they've missed the second service for 4-6 times

This company is trash (see what I did there lol). Poor communication. The front office staff are terrible. They have no idea when the pickups are and when the next pickup will be. I'm switching over t
