They are a scam. Bait and switch and hundreds of dollars more than the quote Never again

I rented from Dollar at Portland International Airport and was quoted $552.02 for a 3-day rental. The final charge was $735.74 -- nearly $200 more. I returned the vehicle 3 hours and 41 minutes late.

The Dollar Website is always broken so I cannot book a reservation so I cannot rent a car.
