Been here twice trying to get my daughters social security information. They always add something to bring for her. Have a birth certificate and letter from the Hospital. Not enough. They are federal.

This office DOES NOT take walk in's.. not officially (maybe not even legally) but on its own authority. I've been up there twice in two days and the amount of people they turn away is crazy! Unfortuna

The security guards working here rude AF, they need better people. Or people who can speak Spanish as well. Dismissing people who speak Spanish just cause they don't speak Spanish is ridiculous.
