No one does dips like Faraon. The Doral restaurant whips up outstanding versions of baba ganoush, muhammara, labneh, and hummus. It’s a Lebanese dip Mount Rushmore that comes with both soft and toasted pita for texture variation. They also make crisp falafel with a moist, fluffy interior. It barely needs the side of tahini it comes with. To get the most out of this place, order from a platter and come with a group. The restaurant has colorful pandal drapes hanging from the ceiling, but it’s casual enough to show up in Havaianas for lunch. They cater, too, in case you want to have those dips for your cousin’s third baby shower.
