Very bad customer service. Nobody greetsyou whenyou walk in. the office is very dark no drive-through and no dropbox. how does Bank of America still survive? The branch needs new management.

The Lakeway location Never answers their phones. The manager is dismissive and the drive through option that closed for covid (?) is still closed. The interest rate on their savings account is extreme
