We have been trying to get the post office to send their in house locksmith to move their lock from our old mailbox to our new one for 18 months. I have gone through every channel possible and spoken
They will mark our mail as delivered and then just leave it in the back. Had to go in 3 times for an item marked delivered that they swore was stolen from my doorstep but turned out to be in the back.
Why does it say you're open til 3 and you lock the doors at 2:55? Ran five blocks to get here in time just for y'all to lock the doors early. BS.
