This is a beautiful, well-maintained, clean park with lots of shade, a clean restroom, workout equipment area, picnic areas, green grass, playground, windmill, small covered bridge, bordered by block

A small park but it has everything you need including a covered gazebo area and bathrooms. I've never seen many people there which is nice because they seem to spread out and give each other privacy.
