I ordered four double cheeseburger. But one of the double cheeseburger only had one patty

Horrible, they cooked the patty and never removed the paper... and continued to assemble burger with cheeese on top of the paper as well. Daughter took a few bites and said it tasted weird and noticed

So, I ordered a bacon mccrispy, and received dried old yellow pieces of bacon... first time ever encountering that, but it makes me sick and very disappointed.
