The wait is ridiculous! There's nothing fast food about this place. First they told me to back up at the drive thru window and then told me to park in the front. I wait over 10 mins. Simply ridiculous

Had to park away from the store to wait for my food, waited 20 minutes and still didn't get my food. Terrible service and the food was cold. Wendy's is a complete joke!!

They did not make my order at all before I complained to them after more than 30 minutes. Even then they blamed me for not reminding them earlier.
