Won't cancel my subscription after multiple email attempts. Car is not clean. Beware of them saying easy cancellation- untrue

As they say, I only gave 1 star because I had to. Went thru this car wash & a piece of my car flew off due to their negligence. It's a newer car with not one other issue, yet they claim it's my fault.

They do not prewash the automatic does not clean fender lips or fender wells,mud flaps car needs to be hand dried by you after the wash . If you want a good wash their 18.00 wash will not do.
