I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. My mom booked and paid for a room in advance, and when we arrived today, the front desk told us they had overbooked and could not give her a room.

This hotel used to be so good but I wish I looked at recent reviews before I booked and experienced recent experiences. Upkeep is marginal. Reception hour is a total failure. Snacks are chips and humm
