Waited over 2 hours for my scheduled appointment and office manager / front office person was very nonchalant about my time.

This place is not suitable for deaf people due to the lack of accessibility, they are just shouting names that deaf people cannot hear. They also need to control the temperature, it's too hot here...

What's the purpose of making an appointment when you have to wait 40 minutes to be seen. I hate this place
