I’m fairly sure this place is racist. I sent my 23 year old Guatemalan daughter to NYC with her elderly grandparents as a Christmas gift. I did not travel with them. At check in this is what happens.
I could write of the issues with the cramped room, peeling paint, unsanitary 'glued' rubber bathmat in the shower, poorly located shower safety bars, and broken mattress (yup... it forms a 'v' shape).
