When you think of a dream trip through Mexico, Guadalajara may not one of the first places that springs to mind. There’s a lively city just outside the hotel’s doors, one largely untouched by the tourist industry, but you’ll want to save at least one evening for dinner at Casa Habita’s restaurant, with its menu of American comfort food and Mexican classics.
