Horrible customer service. You cannot talk to anybody by phone. They are understaffed, and the employees are very unhappy. There is no receptionist. You cannot verify your appointment on the website.

I wish I never had to go there, and will always try ExpressCare to avoid the attitude of quest. Diagnostics in Ormond Beach could not be more disappointed.

Had an appointment, arrived early. Waited 5 minutes. Phlebotomist was personable and so kind. Very gentle and caring. This is my new go to place!!!
