My Provider is Jaclyn Tabor, PA and she's wonderful. I've never had a problem with billing, making an appointment or getting labs drawn in office.

I've been trying to get 2 prescriptions renewed and keep getting ignored (2nd time this has happened since they signed on with Optum). I've now been completely out of 2 of my prescriptions for 5 days.

I love this office! I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews, seems to me people just don't understand the way medicine works! I love my provider, and the other PA's are always helpful as well.
