Standard Deviant’s Dogpatch taproom (with the original in the Mission) has a lot going for it: a view of the bay, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and is just a one-minute stroll to Bread Belly. The always-sunny Dogpatch microclimate makes it ideal for knocking back a few pints of what this place calls the “the coldest tasting beer in SF.” There are usually at least over a dozen to choose from on their rotating list, which includes German-style kolsch, French saison, and a couple nitro brews made with horchata or oatmeal. While there’s no food, Standard Deviant regularly partners with pop-ups—check their Instagram to see the latest.
