Hit or miss on the customer service you get from here. I have been shopping in the area for 20+ years. It's the first time i got discriminated by the way i look. This happened at the higher end bags.

It is one of the smaller Macys in the area. Selection is ok. But it is nice to order online & ship straight home. If clothes do not fit properly, I come here to return the items. So very convenient!
