Very nice people, clean environment, pool was nice

Location was greatThe room has stayed at 77 degrees and did not cool down! Cold showers! Room key stops working! Awful experience!

Location was goodAC was broken, we were told they didn’t have air conditioning once and then was supposed to have someone come check it to fix it. That never happened. We had no hot water to shower. F
