The staff here is so great, I am a regular at franklins and they do such a great job. I get the Italian sandwich which is divine, and the restaurant is super clean and the staff is just so nice.

Food is served fresh and topped how you would like. There is minimal seating available, which is filled during peak times. Not a great selection of sides, wish they would offer more than just kettle c

It's a good sandwich. Soda tasted wrong. Service was fine. Wait was fine. Prices are okay, but maybe a little expensive. Not much more to say, really.
