I agree with the review below- the receptionist lacks tact and is rude and won't help older people with the kiosk. Seems like she's in a bad mood all the time - but I go back because the phlebotomists

Service good. Berto was fast and I didn't feel needle go in when he did blood draw. Amazing

The care was there , the help and accuracy was not available by the receptionist. They had two kiosks that people were by passing and most had no clue how to check in. The phlebotomist were assisting
