Food took over 2 hours to arrive. Was cold when arrived. I order at 5pm and didn't receive it till 8pm. I have always had papa johns, but this service makes me want to choose a different pizza place.

Piss poor customer service. And Jonathan is a piss poor manager. Lost my business. Had a friend order tonight and they sold him a completely wrong order after ordering buffalo poppers a large quantity

every time I've ordered from here they've forgotten parts of my order, sent me cheeseticks with no cheese, I've waited two hours for an order I was quoted 30-45 minutes for then received cold pizza. T
