Checked in at kiosk as walk-in. It indicated 1/2hr-1hr wait. Sat in the waiting room for 1.5hrs and still not been called; not even when the waiting room was completely empty and no appointments check

This is the last time I come to this branch. They don't take walk-ins even though the system allows it. The workers will not take you it's just a show. The room is empty and they still won't call anyo
