Rude ungrateful staff. Not all of them but most of them. They act like they are giving you free food instead of treating you like a customer. Change your attitudes if not find somewhere else to work.

They never seems to have baked potatoes-no matter you go-never I think they should take it off the menu. Why would you have an item on a menu when you never have them?
