They have nothing here, it's organized poorly and the layout makes no sense. Plus the carts not leaving the doors is inconvenient

pressed the assist button & waited 20 minutes for an employee to come out just to tell me they didn't have any fabric in the store. 20 minutes. mind you the assist button is right outside the employee

I can't recommend Michael's and will never shop there again. The people there are nice, but their corporate office has a defective online computer system that screws up orders and the emails it sends
